Office Policies

Please Note: CWC has a no shoes policy in our space. When you arrive you'll see a lovely seating area where you may remove and tuck away shoes and hang your coat.


Payment, Insurance and Cancellation Policy


Payments: Payment is due at the end of each session. I accept Cash, Check, or Credit Cards, including FSA cards & VENMO.


Late Policy: I understand that there are times you will need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. I'm happy to accommodate your needs. It is my policy however that all cancellations/rescheduling be done at least 24 hours prior to the date of your appointment.


If cancellation/rescheduling is not done within 24 hours of your appointment, or you do not show up to your appointment without any notice, you will be charged for the full fee of your session.

If you are more than 15 minutes late to an appointment, the remainder of the time-slot may be given to another patient.


Non-Refundable Payment Policy: All services and products purchased are non-refundable. Refunds will not be provided for the full or partial price for any used products or services.


Refund Policy On Pre-Paid Packages: Refunds are acceptable for “discount prepayment packages”. If you do not complete the “course of treatment” (example; 10 sessions) the discount no longer applies. When refunded, you will be charged at full rate for each treatment you have used and be refunded the remainder.


Insurance: I am not currently participants of any insurance network. In other words I are considered an ‘Out-of-Network’ provider. If you have out-of-network acupuncture benefits I can provide you with a “super bill” for services rendered that you can submit to your insurance company.
